Keyboard shortcuts

Most of the time, navigating in Fortee can be done using only the keyboard. You don’t need your mouse!

If you are typing in a field, you will need to combine the key with Alt. It will either activate a field or a button.

Alt + <key>

A few useful keystrokes:

Return or Enter key Alternatively (save): v Alternatively (search): r	Note that this will not work when you are in a text area (comments).
Escape or Esc key Alternatively (cancel): a Alternatively (close): f	Note that some of the records are saved as you edit them (e.g. structures). You will still be able to exit the form but your changes will have been saved already.

d	In the top right corner of the screen allowing to access the quick launch of an activity.
u	In most activities, when you have an add button, it will activate that button and open a new record.
