This pivotal part of the system empowers you to manage your CRM by entering opportunities and activities. It allows you to input quotes and monitor their progress through the system using dashboards and reports. From here, you can also enter sales orders and track their status. The process culminates in dispatch and invoicing. This section will delve into each of these areas in detail for a comprehensive understanding.
